   Food  Safety Program Aims

This applied and profession-oriented program aims at

  • Providing continuing education opportunities for students to become well-trained in agriculture science and food safety.
  • Gain intellectual abilities, knowledge, and skills on a par with the international standards. This will be achieved through various means including carefully designed curricula, modern learning/teaching methodologies, multiple assessment tools, and workplace learning experience.
  • Gives graduates a lot of experience in the field of food safety and quality control & assurance through laboratory training and field visits to food & dairy factories.
  • By the completion of this program, the student will have the ability to understand and solve various problems related to food safety in addition to work in the field of research in the field of food quality and safety.
  • The goal is to contribute to the well-being of the Egyptian society in general and its economy.
